Here in Australia, we celebrate the Easter Long Weekend, which this year falls between Friday 29th March to Monday 1st April. As this long weekend is a public holiday, that means there will be no classes on Friday 29th March , and Monday 1st April 2024.
Our Student Services Office will also be closed during this time.
So with there being no classes on those days, what can you do with your spare time? Other than relax at home or hang out with friends, the top suggestion is to check out the biggest activity of the year:
The Sydney Royal Easter Show!
The Royal Easter Show is Australia’s largest annual ticketed event, attracting over 828,000 attendees on average. The Show is a celebration of Australian culture, from our rural traditions to our modern day lifestyles, providing unique experiences for everyone.
You can grab tickets for any day between 22 March – 2 April 2024.
When purchasing tickets, make sure you grab the Concession Ticket option, and remember to bring your UNSW College Student ID with you.
