Fuel your brain with free healthy snacks and chat with us to learn more about nutrition and maintaining a balanced diet during busy study weeks. 

💤 Sleep Well Station 

Design your own DIY sleep mask for the perfect night’s rest. Our Student Wellbeing Advisors will be on hand to share their top tips for mastering your sleep hygiene. 

💪 Move Well Station 

Meet the experts! We’re joined by Exercise Physiologists from the Stride Program, who are specialists in using movement to support mental health and wellbeing. Grab professional advice on posture and feel-good stretches, then put your body in motion with our rowing machine. Think you have the strongest hold on campus?
