The temperatures are dropping, and our desire to stay indoors is increasing.

Sydney is now knee-deep into the frosty clutches of winter and there is no better time to open up the newest release of In The Know. Introducing “The Wintertide Edition,” which is packed with articles and recommendations to keep you entertained and inspired throughout the frosty months ahead.

If you are hiding the heart of an adventurer, what if we told you it was possible to explore foreign lands, encounter fantastical creatures and meet mysterious friends without needing to take a foot outside the door? In our newly added section “Books of the month”, we will be introducing a curated selection of titles from a specific genre. For June, we will be delving into “Fantasy” so it is time to let your imagination soar.

In addition to literary escapades, we explore the benefits of journaling in this issue. Discover how the simple act of putting pen to paper can unlock creativity, reduce stress, and promote mindfulness.

But what is winter without indulging in delicious food? This month we present a mouth-watering list of plant-based restaurants that cater to all tastes. Whether you are a devoted meat-lover, a dedicated vegetarian, or a committed vegan, these eateries offer innovative plates of food that will make you forget whether or not there was meat in it at all and prove that vegetables are anything but boring.

Stay warm, stay inspired, and stay in the know this winter.

Let the chill air wash over you – read it here!
