Your voice matters – here’s how we act on it.
Student feedback is vital to improving the UNSW College experience. We collect formal feedback throughout your student journey and share this feedback, including the actions we have taken in response. Your input directly shapes our learning spaces, teaching, events, clubs, and activities.
1) Student Experience Survey (SES) for Diploma students
The 2025 Student Experience Survey (SES) is open from 9 September – 12 October, and it is a national survey required by the Australian Government.
We encourage Diploma students who have completed at least one term of study to participate in the national SES to drive major changes – and have the chance to win $1000! The earlier you complete the survey the more chance you have to win. Two UNSW students won in 2022, and four have won in 2023. Are you next?
Within the SES, the term ‘course’ refers to your degree or program of study rather than your classes. Please keep this in mind as you complete the survey, focusing on your overall degree experience.
2) SRC Survey
This survey is run by our SRC (Student Representative Council) and the feedback from this survey is shared directly with the UNSW College Board.
You can submit feedback to the SRC here, or by scanning the QR code below:
3) Settling In Survey
This survey is sent to you at the end of your second week after starting your program, and tells us about your orientation and early weeks at the College.
4) Buddy Program Feedback
This survey tells us about your experience in the Buddy Program and how this can be improved.
5) MyExperience Survey
This survey sent around the middle of your program tells us about your educational experiences to date.
6) Student Wellbeing Survey
This survey tells us about your wellbeing and any feedback on the services we offer.
7) End of Program Survey
This survey tells us about your holistic experience at the College and provides us with opportunities improve many areas.
