Before coming to Sydney, I was fascinated by the beautiful nature and beaches that is so well-known around the world.
I’d spend lots of time looking up TikToks and reels of what to do in Sydney when I arrive and recently I ticked something off my to-do list: the Spit Bridge to Manly Walk.
I did the walk with my friends and the weather was perfect. This walk is good for most people, as it’s only 10km and can be done within 4 hours, depending on how fast you walk. We walked past many smaller beaches that I want to go back to when it’s not that cold and there’s less people than Bondi so I recommend people to do this walk and find these secret beaches.
At the end we were so tired but lucky that we finished at Manly because we bought lots of food! I tried an acai bowl for the first time and even though it was a dark purple colour, it was yummy! Then we had some big cookies and coffee nearby because I saw it online and I’m happy I followed that recommendation.
If you want to do a weekend activity with friends that’s free and fun, do the Spit Bridge to Manly Walk. Now that it’s spring, this is the perfect time!
