The IT Helpdesk has relocated to a new and improved space!

From Tuesday 28 January 2025 onwards, you will now find the IT Helpdesk in Room G05 (next door to the Student Lounge).

This updated location is designed to be more accessible and welcoming, making it even easier for you to get the support you need. Previously located in Room G26, the new space will feature fresh furnishings, new carpet, and clear signage, all being added over the next couple of weeks.

There will also be comfortable seating at the entrance for those waiting and benches inside where the team will assist you.

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (except public holidays)
