Every day is a step towards who are you meant to be

How often have you gotten the question “Tell me about yourself”?

It can be hard wondering where to start with that question. After all, each and every one of us is so different and have a unique blend of qualities, hobbies, traits and so much more. But were you aware that at every stage of your life, you are changing? So you might answer the above question one way, and then a few months later you might provide a complete different response.

As you get older, you might have instances of “identity crisis” or feeling lost and unclear on what kind of person you’ve become. But that’s all part of the process of discovering, learning and becoming who you are meant to be.

Inside these pages you can find:

  • Navigating your identity in the workplace
  • The importance of letting go of relationship that no longer serve you
  • Special guest writer Jack Singleton on taking responsibility for your actions, as the accumulation of that will inevitably shape your identity
  • THRIVE Intern Jolin changing it up this month with an activity to get your brain whirring, and by the end you will understand why having accurate language to describe gender and sexuality is important to members of the community
