Learn, make new friends and have fun! Study Club is a social study space that is open to all UNSW College students who are looking for some academic assistance. Led by Peer Leaders who aced their own subjects with a refined productive routine, you can learn from the best of the best to deepen your understanding of course content, boost comprehension and communication skills, and develop personalised study strategies.
But beyond the books, Study Club is a social haven. Meet like-minded peers, form study groups, and forge connections that will last a lifetime. Because let’s face it, every successful academic journey needs a crew of invaluable friends. You can also ask anything about UNSW College and the main campus and understand how to transition into the equal 19th ranked university in the world!
The beauty of Study Club lies in its flexibility. Come and go as it suits you and tailor your attendance to make the most out of your week.
For those wishing to improve their grades, you will also get the Study Club Passport!
Each time you come for a study session, you will receive one stamp and after collecting twenty stamps (plus two extra stamps after completing some secret tasks) you will win a highly sought-after prize (think something along the lines of the famous UNSW hoodie).
Remember to collect your passport from a Peer Leader on your first visit!
You can expect the following if you come to Study Club:
- Complete your homework and assignments in a friendly place
- Learn about life at UNSW from your Peer Leaders
- Get support from Peer Leaders and classmates
- Help you find the answers to your questions
- Learn about different study strategies
- Develop independent learning skills
- Improve your English
