Whether you’re a beginner who’s never set foot in a pool or a confident swimmer, this session has something for everyone; from hands-on practice with safety rescues and survival floating, to basic water survival skills to get you summer-ready!

To mark World Drowning Prevention Day, we’re making a splash with a special session just for you! 🏊‍♀️💙

Join us to Learn How to Float – not just in swimwear, but in your everyday clothes too! Here’s what’s included:

🧠 30 minutes of dry coaching to build up your confidence and survival skills
🌊 30 minutes in the pool, where you’ll learn how to float, move, and stay safe while fully clothed

🧃 And to top it all off, enjoy some free refreshments at the end of the session!
