About the workshop:

This is a 4-week, NSW based program for any LGBTQA+ person who wants to learn about healthy relationships.

This workshop is based around any and all relationships not just romantic.

The workshop provides a safe and respectful environment for LGBTQA+ community members of all genders to share their experiences, understand factors that contribute to healthy relationships and learn new skills to create healthier relationships with their loved ones. This is not a space to find a new relationship (romantic)but to build on soft skills to create healthy relationships.

The strength of the workshop lies in group participation, so we ask that all participants commit to the full program of one workshop per week, for four weeks.

  • Week 1: Respect and Values
  • Week 2: Communication and Boundary Setting
  • Week 3: Sex and Consent
  • Week 4: Conflict Resolution
