This session is designed to recognise and support those who maybe fasting during this period and will focus on nourishing and balanced foods that supports energy and wellbeing 🍽. You’ll learn simple and healthy dishes that are easy to cook as and can be taken home to enjoy later.
Whether you can barely boil water or already love being in the kitchen, this session is for you 👩🍳. You’ll get to discover how small food choices can make a big difference to your energy, mood, and focus, especially during busy or long days.
