In this one-hour workshop will critically discuss mainstream pornography, its commercial nature, addiction and key distortions of body image, sexual behaviour & gender roles in this workshop from Elephant Ed. What to expect in this workshop:
- Industry Insight: Discussion around online, mainstream pornography, including the messaging that it is a commercial industry involving paid actors following a script.
- Addiction Science: Explore the science behind addiction to pornography and the associated consequences.
- Critical Analysis of Distortions: Analyse three key distortions present in mainstream pornography:
– Body Image
– Sexual Behaviour
– Gender Roles
