Learning Support and Academic Advice

Throughout your program we want you to feel supported, and importantly, know who to contact, and where to find learning assistance and academic advice when you need it most.

Your teachers are an excellent source of support and academic advice, and you can always approach them during class times and business hours. Outside of class times, every student is welcome to connect with our knowledgeable and caring Student Progress Advisers in the Student Progress Team.

At the end of each term, students may be contacted to meet with a Student Progress Adviser to discuss their academic standing and academic progress.

If you need learning support related to your course work, or academic advice regarding your current course or your next steps to UNSW you can easily meet with a Student Progress Adviser. One-on-one meetings are available on campus or online. You can book an appointment at a time that works for you, and for any questions and enquiries, you can always email the Academic Progression Team or call +61 2 8236 2222 (business hours are 9am – 5pm Sydney Local Time).
