With over two decades of research experience, Dr Harrington has dedicated her career to understanding sleep health and its effects on the body and mind. She is the Managing Director of Sleep for Health and the Founder of Screen for SIDS. She has also authored bestselling books, including The Sleep Diet and The Complete Guide to a Good Night’s Sleep.
