- Are you on the right log-on page?

- The background image changes each month but the layout should look the one here on the left.
- If you are on the “Wrong log-on page”, please go back to the website myUNSWCollege and click the correct link under Foundation Studies and Diploma section.

- WRONG logon page
- Is your Z-ID set correctly?
If you failed to set a complex Z-ID password and ignored the error messages given when doing so, only the “Unipass” part will be set and not the whole ZPass. Go back to Distance – FS – Activate Z-ID accountand follow the process again step by step and make sure each step is done successfully – then try to access Moodle again.
Tips:
Follow the instructions for setting your Z-ID password carefully and do not ignore any error messages you get.
If you still cannot log in please see contact Student Services for help.
- Is there a problem with Moodle?
If you could log on to Moodle earlier but cannot now, the problem might be the system.Occasionally Moodle has log on issues due to large numbers of students trying to access it at the same time!
UNSW does its best to prevent this but sometimes it does happen. Ask a friend if they can log on and/or wait a couple of hours and try again.
