Being a student at UNSW College means you are also part of the wider UNSW community, and on campus we provide a range of quality comprehensive health services.

The UNSW Health Service, located in the Quadrangle Building on the main campus, has a team of non-judgemental doctors, nurses and administration staff who are here to help you with any concerns you may have about your health and wellbeing with the utmost confidentiality.

The UNSW Health Service offers face to face appointments and telehealth appointments to students, staff and members of the local community.

If you have no COVID-19 symptoms and would like an appointment, please call 02 93855425 or make an appointment online.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms or cold and flu symptoms if possible please do a rapid antigen test (RAT) prior to arrival (available at the Student Enquiries Desk at the L5 Building). If RAT is negative, on arrival let reception know you have cold and flu symptoms and that your result is negative. If positive please call 02 93855425 to change your appointment to telehealth instead of coming in person.

You can also use HotDoc to instantly make an appointment with a doctor near you. Watch the video that takes you step-by-step and see how quick and easy the process is! Here’s a summary:
