Our IT Support team is here to ensure you can access the systems, software and services you need throughout your studies.

What IT support we can provide

The IT Support team provides assistance with a range of technical matters, including:

  • Logging in to College systems and resetting passwords
  • Accessing student email accounts
  • Connecting to campus Wi-Fi
  • Troubleshooting software or hardware issues in computer labs
  • Support for printing and student printing accounts

If you experience technical difficulties that affect your studies, email helpdesk@unswcollege.edu.au with your zID, full name and if possible a screenshot of the issue so that the IT Team can look into it at their earliest.

You can also visit the IT Helpdesk in Room G05 (next door to the Student Lounge).

Moodle support

If you are having trouble with your learning platform Moodle, such as technical glitches or not being able to see your courses, please email SIS@unswcollege.edu.au with your zID, full name, and a screenshot where possible.
