Learn to Swim Progression Program

Ready to level up your swimming skills? 🏊‍♂️✨

This 6-week Progression Program is for participants who have completed the Foundation International LTS Program and are ready to build greater confidence in the water. You’ll focus on refining technique, improving efficiency, and learning more advanced stroke skills, all while continuing to strengthen your water safety knowledge.

Develop even stronger swimming fundamentals, move beyond the basics, and gain the confidence to enjoy swimming as a lifelong skill in any aquatic environment.

This program is brought to you in partnership with Medibank and the UNSW Fitness & Aquatic Centre.

Program dates: Every Saturday from Saturday 26 September until Saturday 31 October 2026.
