Take a moment to connect and join us on Thursday 10 September 2026 for a fun-filled day all about connection, conversation and creativity. Check out the itinerary below:

• Dried flower magnets – A mindful, hands-on activity involving dried flowers and resin. Designed to encourage creativity, focus and conversation, providing an opporutnity to slow down, connect with others and take home a meaningful keepsake.
• Candle-making workshop – Pour away in this relaxing workshop offering a calm environment of wax pouring to connect with peers and take home a personalised candle to enjoy or gift to a loved one.
• Snapshots & Sweet Notes – Post a kind note to yourself or to another and take a polaroid picture to capture the memory. A kind act towards yourself or appreciating something positive about you can boost your self-esteem and reinforce positive mental health.
• Learn to ask R U OK? – Through an engaging session in the courtyard, lounge on bean bags and soak up the sun and start the conversation. Learn about what to do if someone says they're not OK. Practice how to listen without judgement, encourage actionm and check back in.
