Paint your own plant pot, then choose a plant to pot and take it home to grow alongside you. Keep your plant as a reminder that you also need time and care to grow and flourish. Just as you would water your plant for it to grow, you too need to fuel your body with things like food, water, friendships, and rest!

Like plants, we all have unique qualities that make us who we are, but we also need the right environment to thrive. Both our natural strengths and the care and support we receive help us grow into our best selves.
