  • Share your go-to self-care strategies or discover new ones
  • Learn how to ask R U OK? and what to do if someone says they’re not
  • Practice how to listen without judgement, encourage action, and check back in
  • We’ll have free cupcakes, wellbeing resources, and good vibes!
