Are you looking for a fun way to stay active and build confidence in the gym?
The Learn to Gym program is a 5-week program conducted by Exercise Science students under the supervision of a qualified Exercise Physiologist. Each week, you will participate in 2 x 1 hour coached sessions. Participants will be paired up with someone of similar experience and goals, with an Exercise Science student providing personalised guidance.
Designed for beginner to intermediate levels, this program aims to help you build confidence in the gym, which is typically a male-dominated industry. You’ll learn how to safely use gym equipment and master basic training techniques to support your fitness journey while also building your confidence in the gym environment!
