Volunteering is a meaningful way to support Qtopia Sydney while helping to create a safe, inclusive community space and contributing to positive change.

Our dedicated volunteers assist across many areas, including front-of-house for exhibitions and theatres, visitor services, guided tours, the bar, events, education programmes, and behind-the-scenes support in administration, research and curatorial work.

Volunteers are more than the driving force behind Qtopia Sydney, they are at the heart of everything we do. We are incredibly proud of the passionate and committed community that makes up the Qtopia Sydney volunteer team.
