The Leadership Recognition Badges celebrate your contribution to student life, rewarding the time, passion and dedication you invest in strengthening our College community.
With six badge tiers, every stage of your leadership journey is acknowledged. From taking your very first volunteer shift, to leading a group of students, to entering the internship, there's a digital badge to recognise your contribution. One of the most exciting parts is seeing your collection grow over time.
Your Leadership Recognition Badges can be proudly shared on your LinkedIn profile, digital portfolio or job applications, giving future employers a meaningful insight into the experiences and achievements that have shaped you beyond your studies.

Our annual UNSW College Gala Awards Night recognises students who have gone above and beyond in making an exceptional contribution to College life.
If you're the recipient of a Gala Award, you'll also receive an exclusive Leadership Recognition Badge to commemorate your achievement. For example, students awarded Volunteer of the Year will receive the official badge celebrating this outstanding accomplishment.
