How long have you been at UNSW College?
I joined UNSW College as a Student Progress Adviser in August 2022. Previously, I had worked in the higher education sector for more than 12 years, including having student counsellor experience at a Chinese university.

My favourite thing about my job
I enjoy communicating with students, listening to their struggles, advising and supporting them. I always feel trusted when my students open their hearts to me and I also feel happy for them when they improve their performance. 

Top tip for academic success
Make good use of all resources that College and UNSW offer, such as Study Club and teacher consultations to resolve the issues you have with your study. Don’t be shy to ask for help!
